I am currently a full professor at the school of computer science, Nothwestern Polytechnic University, and a member of National Engineering Laboratory for Integrated Aero-Space-Ground-Ocean Big Data Application Technology, directed by Prof. Yanning Zhang, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. My research primarily focuses on vision-language foundation models, with particular emphasis on visual detection, segmentation tasks as well as image restoration.
Before that, I received my bachelor's degree of computer science from Dalian University of Technology. During my undergraduate years, I worked with Professor Xin Yang. I received my Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computing at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, under the supervision of Prof. Lei Zhang, IEEE Fellow.
